With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Professor Dato’ Dr. Jayles Yeoh will lead the creation and implementation of educational programs aligned with Tijarah's objectives in blockchain technology. His strategic leadership will not only enhance Tijarah's educational offerings but also foster collaborations with leading academic institutions worldwide, positioning Tijarah as a pioneer in blockchain education.
Professor Dato’ Dr. Jayles Yeoh is a Professor of Globalisation at Seokyeong University in South Korea, a Professor of Marketing at Beijing Oriental University, and an Adjunct Professor of the Global Branding Institute in the USA. He serves as the President & CEO of AIMSMET Executive Education, specializing in exporting lifelong training and learning to Asia, ASEAN, and the Middle East. He is also an Honorary Fellow of the Association of Business Executives, United Kingdom, and holds the title FABE. In addition, he serves as the President & Chairman of the Education & Training Bureau of the ASEAN Retail Chains & Franchise Federation (ARFF), Co-Chairman of the International Federation of Chamber & Commerce (IFCC) in the USA, Honorary Director at the Southwestern University of Finance & Economics in Sichuan, China, and Chairman of the Malaysia Digital Chamber of Commerce (MDCC).

Mr. Farakh Rafique, an accomplished leader with a remarkable tenure at IBM UK, has assumed the role of Head of Digital Transformation on Tijarah's advisory board. over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector, with 20 years dedicated to IBM and the remainder in the banking, aerospace, science, and engineering fields. His strategic insights and comprehensive knowledge in developing information technology strategies and solutions for clients worldwide will provide Tijarah with a significant competitive advantage. Leveraging his expertise in digital transformation, Mr. Rafique will optimize operational processes, enhance technological infrastructure, and leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency across Tijarah's ecosystem.
This strategic focus on digital transformation positions Tijarah as an industry leader capable of delivering cutting-edge solutions and maintaining a competitive edge in the dynamic blockchain landscape. Mr. Rafique holds a Bachelor Honours degree in Computer Science. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed information technology strategies and solutions for clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Rafique's role as an IBM Project Manager, IBM Account Manager, and Data Centre Manager for a bank has equipped him with excellent communication skills, certification as an IBM Project Manager, and qualifications as an IBM People Development Manager. He demonstrates his ability to lead and manage complex projects, offering strategic business and technical solutions across diverse technology platforms, including Cloud, Analytics, Data Center Optimization, Strategic Outsourcing, Total Cost of Ownership, and Digital Transformation.

Mr. Rusmin Lawin
Mr. Rusmin Lawin, a globally recognized entrepreneur and esteemed real estate ambassador in Indonesia, has joined Tijarah's advisory board as an expert in International Business and Market Expansion. With extensive international experience and profound knowledge in commerce and real estate, Mr. Lawin's appointment is pivotal to Tijarah's growth trajectory. Mr. Lawin will play a leading role in promoting Tijarah's Maal blockchain technology to Muslim communities across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and specifically in Indonesia. His deep understanding of diverse markets, cultural nuances, and business practices will enable Tijarah to customize its offerings for specific regions and unlock new market opportunities. Mr. Lawin's strategic acumen and extensive industry connections will solidify Tijarah's position as a trusted partner and preferred provider of blockchain solutions in the global marketplace.
Mr. Lawin holds several prestigious positions, including Chairman of the Regional Developments Committee of Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), Global Ambassador of Asia Proptech (HK), Vice President of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) Developers Association responsible for Foreign Affairs, Board Member of Indonesia Hong Kong Business Association, and involvement in strategic roles within FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation. He also serves as President of FIABCI Asia Pacific region and was recently appointed as FIABCI Representative to the United Nations in Geneva for 2021-2022. Additionally, Mr. Lawin holds the positions of Co-Chair for the Business & Industry Committee at General Assembly Partners GAP Paris and Co-Chair of "The City We Need Must be Affordable" program endorsed by UN-Habitat since 2017. He is an International Advisor of Fundacion Metropoli in Spain and Middle East Cities Center in Dubai. Furthermore, Mr. Lawin serves as the Special Envoy of Nusantara New Capital City Authority, a newly established authority under the administration of President Jokowi.
